Russia-Visas.com is a visa application assistance service. We: • Provide a guided online application platform • Review and validate your application for errors • Submit your application to the Russian government • Track your application status • Deliver your approved e-visa via email We are NOT the Russian government. We are an independent service provider that facilitates the application process. Final visa approval is determined solely by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

You agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity • Meet Russia e-visa eligibility requirements • Comply with all Russian immigration laws • Not use our service for fraudulent purposes • Pay all applicable fees Providing false information may result in visa denial, legal consequences, and forfeiture of all fees.

Fees: • Service fees: $35 (DIY), $65 (AI-Assisted), $120 (VIP) • Government fee: $52 per adult, $2 per child under 6 • Optional add-ons: Express processing, insurance, photo service Refund Policy: • Government fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances • Service fees are refundable if your visa is denied due to our error • VIP plan includes guaranteed approval or full refund of both fees • No refunds after visa approval or for customer-provided incorrect information • Refunds processed within 10 business days

Russia-Visas.com is not liable for: • Visa denial by the Russian government • Processing delays beyond our control • Changes to Russian visa policies • Travel disruptions or expenses • Consequential or indirect damages Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee you paid. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All content on Russia-Visas.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not: • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission • Use our brand name or logo without authorization • Reverse-engineer our platform • Create derivative works

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing.

We reserve the right to: • Refuse service to anyone • Terminate accounts for Terms violations • Suspend service for suspicious activity • Modify or discontinue features You may cancel your application before submission for a full refund of the service fee (government fee non-refundable).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through: 1. Good-faith negotiation 2. Mediation (if negotiation fails) 3. Binding arbitration (if mediation fails) You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, discontinue use and contact us for a refund (if applicable).
